应用“活血化瘀”理论缓解慢性肾炎患者腰酸乏力的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在"活血化瘀"理论指导下,应用平衡火罐缓解慢性肾炎患者腰酸乏力的效果研究。方法选择40例肾病科住院治疗的慢性肾炎并发腰酸乏力的患者,在中医专科专病护理常规的基础上,从患者入院第1天开始隔天实施1次平衡火罐,3次为1个疗程。结果干预后无腰膝乏力的患者增加了21例,提高了52.50%;无倦怠乏力的患者增加了23例,提高了57.50%。结论在"活血化瘀"理论指导下,选择平衡火罐护理干预慢性肾炎患者腰酸乏力取得明显效果,值得临床同行借鉴。Objective To evaluate the effects of balance cupping in easing backache fatigue of chronic nephritis patients under the guidance of ＂promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis＂ theory. Methods Forty chronic nephritis inpatients complicated with backache fatigue received balance cupping treat- ment once in two days starting from being admitted to hospital, and 3 times made a treatment course, based on traditional Chinese medicine specialist care routine. Results After intervention, patients without waist and fatigue increased by 21 eases, with improvement of 52.50%, and patients without lassitude increased by 23 cases,with an improvement of 57.50%. Conclusion Under the guidance of ＂promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis＂ theory, application of bal- ance cupping in chronic nephritis patients complicated withbackache fatigue has obtained significant effect, so it is worth for clinical reference.
