科林扶宁沙棘油对剖宫产术后瘢痕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨科林扶宁沙棘油对剖宫产术后瘢痕的治疗效果。方法对105例剖宫产手术患者,随机分组,50例为治疗组,55例为对照组。在完成手术后,对照组患者使用科林扶宁沙棘油,对照组不使用,观察两组患者的瘢痕治疗情况,不良反应和增生情况。结果 105例伤口均一期愈合,治疗组47例(94%)、对照组29例(52.7%)瘢痕恢复良好,细小平整,颜色淡,质软,不明显,无痒痛等主观症状;治疗组3例(6%)、对照组26例(47.3%)瘢痕有痒或刺痛等症状,颜色红,增宽,突出皮面,质地硬。外院感染切口治疗组平均10天愈合,对照组18天愈合。结论科林扶宁沙棘油可有效减少瘢痕增生,促进伤口愈合,是术后防止瘢痕及感染的一种较好的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Colin Fu Ning of seabuckthorn seed oil on the scar after cesarean section. Methods 105 cases of cesarean section in our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group,55 cases for the control group,50 cases for the control group. Results In our hospital in 105 cases wound healed,treatment group of 47 cases（ 94%） and control group 29 cases（ 52. 7%） scar good recovery,small flat,light color,soft,is not obvious,no itching and pain and other subjective symptoms; treatment group in 3 cases（ 6%） and control group 26 cases（ 47. 3%） scars itching or tingling and other symptoms,the color red,widened,prominent leather,hard texture. The treatment group was treated with 10 days of healing,and the healing of the control group was 18 days. Conclusions Colinfuning sea buckthorn oil can effectively reduce the scar hyperplasia,promote wound healing is postoperative prevent scar formation and infection of a better treatment.
