江西省樟树县GAP基地不同采收时间栀子药材的质量研究

摘　　要：目的:研究江西省樟树县GAP基地不同采收时间栀子药材中栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷、西红花苷I、京尼平苷酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸6种主要药效成分含量及液相指纹图谱相似度的变化规律,为江西省樟树县GAP基地栀子药材最佳采收期的确定提供理论依据。方法:以栀子药材6种主要药效成分含量及液相指纹图谱相似度为指标,考察9个不同采收时间栀子药材质量。结果:不同采收时间的栀子药材质量有明显差异。结论:江西省樟树县GAP基地的栀子药材的最佳采收时间为10月中旬至11月中旬,果实呈红黄色。This study aimed to determine the best harvest time of gardenias in the GAP base in Zhangshu County, Jiangxi Province of China. Similarities of HPLC fingerprints and the contents of six activity ingredients, including geniposide, genipin 1-gentiobioside, crocin I, geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid and 4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, were detected from various gardenias of nine separated harvest periods. The contents and similarities of HPLC fingerprints of gardenias were the main indexes. As a result, the nine kinds of gardenias presented different qualities. In conclusion, period from mid-October to mid-November was the best time for gardenia harvest, as the fruit presenting red and yellow.
