摘 要:分析近年低挥发分弱粘结煤配用炼焦的研究内容和研究方法,介绍了配煤结构优化、预粉碎技术、焦炭光学组织结构及工艺等在弱粘结炼焦煤炼焦配煤的应用现状。指出通过配煤结构优化、贫瘦煤细粉碎、调整焦炭光学组织结构等技术措施,可在保证焦炭质量的条件下提高弱粘结炼焦煤配量。The programs and research methods of blending and coking on the weakly caking coal with low volatile in recent years were analyzed,and the application status of blending coal structure optimization,pre-crushing technology,coke optical texture in blending coal of weakly caking coal were intruduced. It's pointed out the blending ratio of weakly caking coal could be increased on the condition of guaranteeing coke quality through blending coal structure optimization,pre-crushing technology,adjustment of coke optical texture structure.
