摘  要:介绍了1种长距离煤浆输送管线用钢的成分、组织、工艺设计及耐冲蚀磨损性能的试验评价方法,测定了试验钢板、工业生产钢板和对比钢的耐冲蚀磨损性能,分析了不同试验钢板的组织、强度、硬度、韧性对耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢板中低C-Mn-Nb-Cr成分体系和"铁素体+贝氏体+弥散珠光体"的组织类型耐冲蚀磨损性能最好;采用上述成分体系和组织类型工业生产的钢板耐冲蚀磨损性能较同钢级普通API X65管线钢高10%以上;工业生产钢板的理化性能和耐冲蚀磨损性能满足神渭输煤管道工程的技术要求。The component,microstructure and process design of long distance coal slurry transportation pipeline steel were introduced. The evaluating method,which is suitable for erosion wear resistance of long distance coal slurry transportation pipeline steel was introduced,too. The erosion wear resistance of trail steel,industrial-scale produced coal slurry steel and contrast steel was been measured. The influence of chemical components, microstructure and mechanical properties on abrasion resistant property was analyzed. The result indicated that the low C-Mn-Nb-Cr component system and"ferrite + bainite + dispersed pearlite"microstructure was best adopted above-mentioned component and pattern microstructure industrial steel,he erosion wear resistance can be enhanced least 10%,compared to gas transmission line X65; the industrial steel could meet the needs of physical and chemical property and erosion wear resistance for SHEN WEI coal slurry transmission project.
