摘 要:为提高某工程机械专用热轧WKT17钢板的表面质量,减少因氧化铁皮引起的凹坑、麻点等缺陷,对该钢进行了不同轧制速度和卷取温度的生产对比试验,采用生胶带粘贴黑灰并进行评级统计和X射线衍射表面相分析的方法,对钢板表面质量进行了研究。结果表明:采用高速快轧、中高温卷取的轧制工艺可有效减少WKT17钢板表面氧化铁皮,提高钢板表面质量。In order to improve the surface quality of the hot rolled WKT17 steel plates specially used in some engineering machinery,and to reduce the pit and pockmark defects caused by oxide scale,the test of production comparison for the different rolling speed and coiling temperature was made. Tapes were used to stick to the black ash on steel plates and the levels of the black ash were analysised. X-ray diffraction surface phase was also analysised. The results showed that the rolling technology of high speed rolling and higher temperature could reduce oxide scale on WKT17 steel plates and improve the surface quality of WKT17 steel plates.
