摘 要:新涂装工艺(三涂改二涂)对底材的遮盖能力减弱,对冷轧汽车板表面形貌控制提出了更高要求。采用粗糙度仪和桔皮仪对不同表面形貌的冷轧汽车板进行新涂装性能测试,结果表明:冷轧汽车板的粗糙度影响涂漆表面的短波条数和鲜映性DOI值,波纹度对长波条数和评价等级R值产生影响;要在新涂装工艺中获得好的涂漆质量,必须将原板粗糙度Ra保证在一定范围内,尽量降低波纹度,提高峰值密度。Surface morphology of cold rolled automobile steel sheet was required to improve because of the decrease of the painting thickness in the new coating process. Coating quality of cold rolled automobile steel sheet with different morphology was studied by rough-meter and orange Peel detector. The results showed that DOI and short wave were effected by roughness of the cold rolled steel sheet,long wave and rating of painted surface were effected by waviness. Surface morphology of cold rolled automobile steel sheet should be deeply concerned to get a good coating quality,roughness was controlled within limits,peak value density and waviness were required to the greatest extent.
