摘 要:相对于梁柱式钢管贝雷片落地支架安装,钢拱架具有构件简单、单片重量较轻、运输拆装方便、标准化程度高等优点,在跨度50-140m的钢筋混凝土拱桥施工得到广泛使用。文章结合钢筋混凝土主拱圈现浇拱架施工工程实例,介绍了常备式钢拱架施工设计方案,并通过结构计算软件Midas对支架系统、钢筋混凝土主拱箱梁截面进行受力分析,使构件各项验算指标满足设计及规范要求,为类似拱桥的建造提供参考。Compared to column-type steel-tube bailey floor bracket mounting, the steel arch has advan- tages such as simple components, light weight of each single piece, easy transportation and mounting, and high standardization degree, which is then widely used in the construction of reinforced concrete arch bridges with the 50- 140m span.In combination with the in-situ arch frame construction project of reinforced concrete main arch, this article introduced the construction design program of standing-type steel arch. And through the structure calculation software Midas. It conducted the stress analysis on the stent system as well as the box girder sections of reinforced concrete main arch, so that all checking indicators of components can meet the design requirements and specifications, thereby providing the reference for the construction of similar bridges.
