摘　　要：本文以小功率抗辐照DC／DC变换器为研究对象，对原边反馈、反激式工作模式、变压器和短路保护等关键技术进行研究。最后，仿真分析和产品验证结果表明技术路线可行，理论设计准确，仿真分析合理。Researching on low power radiation -hardened DC/DC converter, this paper focuses on some key technology, such as primary side regulated, the modes of flyback, transformer and short circuit protection. Finally, the simulation analysis and product verification results show that the referred technique is feasible, theory design is accurate and simulation analysis is reasonable.
