摘　　要：本文介绍了一款多路薄膜混合集成高精度电流电压变换器的设计方案、产品特点。重点分析了电路的原理设计及关键技术解决方案。并对电路主要指标，进行了仿真和实测结果的比对验证。The design scheme and characteristics of the multi - channel thin film hybrid integrated high precision current to voltage converter is presented in this paper. The principle design and key technical solution of circuit are analyzed. Finally, the results of simulation and actual test results of circuit main specifications are compared.
