摘　　要：目的：应用人直肠癌相关抗原单克隆抗体，进行临床肿瘤免疫组织化学诊断与分型研究。方法：应用人直肠癌相关抗原单克隆抗体与人直肠癌组织、正常组织和胚胎组织（冰冻切片）免疫反应，间接免疫荧光技术鉴定。结果：与直肠癌及其他22种肿瘤标本免疫组织反应率分别是（24/30）80%、（9/22）40.9%，与正常人组织和胚胎组织免疫组化反应为阴性。结论：人直肠癌相关抗原单克隆抗体可用于临床肿瘤组织免疫组化诊断与分型研究，药物标记生物导向诊断与治疗肿瘤的载体。Objective： Human carcinoma of rectum associated antigenic HM93- 4 monoclonal antibody （HM93- 4 McAb） is used for the study of clinical tumor immunohistochemical diagnosis and typing. Methods： HM93- 4 McAb interaction with human rectum carcinoma,normal tissue and embryonic tissue was identified by indirect immunofluoresence. Results： The rate of immune reaction with rectum carcinoma and other 22 kinds of tumor samples was 80% and 40% respectively, while interactions with normal tissue and embryonic tissues were negative. Conclusion： Human rectum carcinoma associated antigenic monoclonal antibody would be used for study of clinical tumor immunohistochemical diagnosis and typing,as well as for drug trapping bioguide dignosis,and carrier of tumor therapy.
