摘　　要：对谢晶日教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临证经验进行总结。通过分析研究,将慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机进行总结,将其分为虚、瘀、毒三方面,在临床治疗过程中,病证结合、中西互参,立法遣方精当。并列举典型案例,以佐证谢晶日教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验。This article summarizes professor XIE Jing - ri＇ s experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Through analysis ,we get the etiology and pathogenesis including three aspects in deficiency, stasis and poison. In the course of treatment, combining disease and syndrome, referring traditional Chinese and modem western medicine, correcting method and medicine are used. One typical case is illustrated for sharing, which is used to prove professor XIE Jing - ri＇ s experience in treating CAG.
