益气补肾活血方对佐剂关节炎大鼠JNK和P38MAPK的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气补肾活血方对佐剂关节炎大鼠滑膜JNK和P38MAPK的影响,探讨益气补肾活血方对类风湿关节炎的治疗机制。方法:以雷公藤多苷作为对照,采用益气补肾活血方对AA大鼠进行灌胃治疗。观测SD大鼠关节肿胀度,检测滑膜JNK和P38MAPK的磷酸化表达水平。结果:益气补肾活血方不仅能明显降低AA大鼠的关节肿胀度,又能明显降低AA大鼠滑膜JNK和P38MAPK的磷酸化表达水平。结论:益气补肾活血方能明显缓解RA的临床症状,该复方可能通过下调JNK和P38MAPK磷酸化表达水平,达到治疗RA的目的。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction on JNK and P38MAPK in rats with adjuvant arthritis （AA）, in order to investigate the treatment mechanism of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction on rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods：With the tripterygium glycosides as the control drug, the AA rats re- ceived gavage treatment of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction. Observe the joint swelling degree of SD rats and de- tect the phosphorylated expression level of JNK and P38MAPK in the synovial tissue. Results： Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction could significantly reduce the joint swelling degree of AA rats. In addition, it could reduce the phosphorylated expression level of JNK and P38MAPK in the synovial tissue. Conclusion： Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction can significantly relieve the clinical symptom of RA. In addition, our study also indicates that Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction may treat RA by increasing the level of JNK and P38MAPK.
