电鍉针罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对比电鍉针罐与针刺治疗股外侧皮神经炎的疗效,为临床应用电鍉针罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎提供依据,并阐述电鍉针罐治疗本病的机理。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的股外侧皮神经炎患者随机分成电鍉针罐组和针刺组,两组均选取阿是穴、肾俞(双)、大肠俞(双)、髀关、伏兔、阴市、风市、中渎、血海治疗。每日1次,每周6次,共治疗2周。电鍉针罐组、针刺组在治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后均进行视觉模拟评分法(VAS)量表评分,并分别进行组内、组间比较后分析。结果:电鍉针罐组总有效率90.0%,针刺组总有效率73.3%;治疗1周后、治疗2周后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)量表评分均较治疗前改善,治疗1周后两组组内比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗2周后两组组内比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电鍉针罐较针刺治疗股外侧皮神经炎效果明显,且这种治疗效果具有累积效应,而于2周后更为明显,临床值得推广应用。Objective ： By comparing the curative lateral cutaneous nerve inflammation, to provide effect of Diandi Zhenguan and acupuncture in the treatment of basis for the treatment of lateral cutaneous nerve inflammation for the clinical application of Diandi Zhenguan, and to explain the mechanism for the treatment of the disease. Methods ： 60 cases with the inflammation of lateral cutaneous nerve were randomly divided into a Diandi Zhen- guan group and an acupuncture group. Two groups were selected acupuncture points at Shenshu （double）, Dachangshu （double） , Biguan, Futu, Yinshi, Fengshi, Zhongdu and Xuehai. Before treatment, 1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment the rating scale of visual analogue scale （VAS）was used, and compare be- tween two groups and within each group. Results ： In Diandi Zhenguan group the total effective rate was 90.0% and in the score of acupuncture group the total effective rate was 73.3% ; after 1 week, 2 weeks of the treat- ment,the score of visual analogue scale （VAS） was improved, and the treatment after 1 week within each group had a more significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After the treatment of 2 weeks there was a more significant difference within each group （ P 〈0. 05 ） ,and it was statistically significant between two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Diandi Zhenguan has a more obvious effect than acupuncture in the treatment of lateral cutaneous nerve inflammation, and the treat- ment effect has an accumulative effect,with a more obvious effect after 2 weeks, which is worth popularization and application.
