变通白虎汤联合类人胶原蛋白敷料治疗面部接触性皮炎

摘　　要：目的评价变通白虎汤联合类人胶原蛋白敷料治疗面部接触性皮炎的疗效。方法将65例面部接触性皮炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组33例,予口服变通白虎汤联合外用类人胶原蛋白敷料;对照组32例,予口服盐酸左西替利嗪片联合外用类人胶原蛋白敷料。治疗1周后进行症状体征、疗效比较。同时采用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪分析患者治疗前后面部红斑率。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为87.88%和65.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组症状体征评分、VISIA红斑率均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组红斑、灼热程度以及VISIA红斑率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论变通白虎汤联合类人胶原蛋白敷料对减少面部接触性皮炎患者面部红斑和面部灼热感有较好疗效,其可能的作用机制与抗炎、抗过敏,减轻毛细血管扩张有关。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Biantong Baihu Tang together with human-like collagen dressings in the treatment of facial contact dermatitis. Methods Sixty-five patients was divided into two groups. The treatment group（ 33 cases） was given Biantong Baihu Tang together with human-like collagen dressings,and the control group（ 32 cases） was given levocetirizine hydrochloride tablet together with human-like collagen dressings. After one week treatment,to analyse and compare the symptoms,physical sign changes,and effectiveness. The red spot rate on face was investigated by the VISIA skin image analyzer. Results The efficiency rate of the therapeutic group was87. 88% and that of the control group was 65. 63%,there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the two group had lower score than the before treatment in points of clinical symptoms and VISIA erythema rate,the differences was statistically signifcant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,better results were observed in facial redness and burns,VISIA erythema rate in treatment group than those in control group,the differences was statistically signifcant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Biantong Baihu decoction together with human-like collagen dressings has significant clinical efficiency on facial contact dermatitis. Especially reduce facial redness and burns is better than the control group. It may be the mechanism of action was anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic,reduce the blood capillary expansion.
