摘　　要：目的:观察手足口病方对新疆地区小儿手足口病的疗效及对Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:将80例手足口病患儿随机分为手足口病方治疗组和利巴韦林对照组,另选择同期经过体检中心体检的健康小儿20例血清作为正常组,评价治疗前后两组临床疗效,疱疹消退时间和体温恢复正常时间,检测治疗前后患儿Th1/Th2细胞因子γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-10(IL-10)水平。结果:治疗组痊愈率和总有效率显著高于对照组;治疗组疱疹消退时间和体温恢复正常时间较对照组明显缩短;两组患儿治疗前Th1/Th2细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10较正常组明显升高,两组治疗后Th1/Th2细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6、IL-10均较治疗前明显降低,治疗组较对照组恢复更快,治疗组接近正常组,对照组仍高于正常组。结论:手足口病方治疗新疆地区小儿手足口病临床疗效显著,可以调节Th1/Th2细胞因子水平,改善患儿的免疫功能。Objective： To observe the effect of hand-foot-month disease（HFMD） formula on the clinical efficacy and Th1 and Th2 eytokines in chil- dren with HFMD in Xinjiang area. Methods：80 children with HFMD were randomly assigned to the treated group with HFMD formula and the control group with ribavirin. In addition,20 healthy children were chosen as the normal group. Clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated, measuring the level of Th1 and Th2 cytokines interferon-γ （IFN-γ） ,interleukin 2 （IL-2）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and inter- leukin-10 （IL-10） before and after treatment in children with HFMD. Results： The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. The agria regression time and recovery time of body temperature in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment, the two groups of children with Th1 and Th2 cytokines IFN-γ,IL-2,, IL-6, IL-10 were higher than the normal group （ P 〈 0.05）. The level of Th1 and Th2 cytokines IFN-γ, IL-2,, IL-6, IL-10 after treatment were lower than that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group recovered faster than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group was close to the normal group, and the control group was still higher than the normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of HFMD formula on children with HFMD in Xinjiang area is re- markable, HFMD formula can regulate the level of Th1 and Th2 cytokines, and iimprove the immune function of children.
