参芪胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究参芪胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果。方法:纳入2014年2月至2015年7月我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各30例,观察组给予参芪胶囊治疗,对照组患者给予常规西药进行治疗,记录并分析治疗后两组患者相关指标的对比情况。结果:观察组治疗后高雄激素值为(15.23±2.61)nmol/L明显优于对照组(20.06±2.87)nmol/L;观察组治疗后LH、FSH、T水平分别为4.52±0.49IU/ml、6.52±0.64IU/ml、1.85±0.31nmol/L,均明显优于对照组5.45±0.61IU/ml、9.67±1.21IU/ml、2.40±0.35nmol/L;观察组治疗后卵巢体积和卵巢间质面积分别为6.91±0.24、1.41±0.05cm3,均明显优于对照组7.59±0.35、1.70±0.08cm3;观察组治疗后临床总显效率达66.67%,明显高于对照组36.67%。结论:参芪胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果优于常规西药,且无明显副作用,值得临床进一步研究和应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Shenqi capsule treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： 60 patients with polyeystic ovary syndrome February 2014 to July 2015 ,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 eases, obser- vation group Shenqi Capsules therapy, the control group were treated with conventional medicine treatment, record and analyze the compari- son of two groups of patients after treatment related indicators. Results： After treatment, androgen is 15.23 ± 2.61nmol/L, better than the control group 20.06 ± 2.87nmol/L, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment observation group LH, FSH, T levels were （4.52 ± 0. 49IU/m1,6. 52 ± 0.64IU/ml, 1.85 ± 0.3 lnmol/L）, than the control group （5.45 ± 0. 61IU/ml,9.67 ± 1. 21IU/ml,2.40 ± 0.35nmol/L） , and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Observation group after treatment of ovarian volume and ovarian stromal area was （6.91 ± 0.24,1.41 ± 0.05） cm3, than the control group （7.59 ± 0.35,1.70± 0.08） cm3, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ; After clinical observation group total effective rate up 66.67%, higher than 33. 67%, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shenqi capsule in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome clinical effect than conventional medicine, and no significant side effects, is worthy of further research and application.
