摘　　要：随着我国快递产业飞速发展,其在促进社会经济发展的同时,出现了被不法分子利用进行盗窃、诈骗、买卖违禁物品、爆炸杀人等违法犯罪活动的问题。在快递产业内部构建第三方警务,以快递企业作为预防和控制相关犯罪的主体,同时公安机关为快递企业提供必要的协助,对快递企业及其员工的业务经营活动进行监督,能够最大限度地遏制快递行业违法犯罪的生存空间,净化快递市场。With the rapid development of China＇s express delivery industry, at the same time as promoting social and economic development, there are some issues of illegal and criminal activities, such as stealing, cheating, buying and selling contraband, and killing people by explosion and so on using express transportation. Constructing of Third Party Policing in the interior of the express delivery industry, taking the express company as the main body of the crime prevention and control, providing necessary assistance to the courier company by police and supervising the business operations of express delivery companies and their employees can effectively curb the living space of the express industry crime, and purify the express market.
