摘　　要：通过对老年住宅产业范围的界定,梳理了国外典型发达国家城市老年住宅产业概况,分析了国内城市老年住宅产业发展概况,包括典型的产业项目、产业发展阶段和产业发展特征。在此基础上,分析了我国城市老年住宅产业存在的问题。根据城市老年住宅产业发展需要,分别针对政府部门及老年住宅开发企业提出相应建议。Based on the definition of the scope of the elderly housing industry, this paper has combed the typical urban elderly housing industry in the developed countries.Then, analyzed the domestic urban elderly housing industry development situation, including typical industry projects, industry development phase and industrial development characteristics.On this basis, it has analyzed the problems existing in the urban elderly housing industry.Finally, according to the needs of elderly housing industry development, it has put forward the corresponding suggestions to the government departments and the elderly residential development enterprise.
