北京国际旅行卫生保健中心检出1例输入性黄热病病例的思考

摘　　要：通过回顾北京口岸发现、处置1例输入性黄热病病例的过程,总结北京国际旅行卫生保健中心在国际旅行医学服务中的事前咨询指导、事中免费检测、事后流行病学跟踪调查的工作模式,为旅行者提供"一站式"、"全链条"的医学咨询和专业服务,更好地体现国际旅行卫生保健中心的技术支撑作用。今后应创新旅行医学服务模式和国境卫生检疫工作机制,进一步提升保健中心的口岸技术支撑能力。A case of yellow fever imported from Angola was retrospectively studied. The service-oriented mode in-cluding health consultation,epidemiological survey,and laboratory test played an important role during the detection of the case. The mode provided one-stop and comprehensive service to international travellers to protect them from be-ing infected during travel. The mode manifested that the technique support by international travel healthcare centers were essential in infectious disease control at points of entry. To enhance the technique support by travel healthcare centers,the service-oriented mode and health quarantine mechanism should be innovated and complimented.
