摘  要:目的对天津口岸首次截获的随旅客入境的蜱类进行鉴定。方法对一只澳大利亚入境旅客携带的蜱类进行形态学鉴定,再提取蜱DNA,扩增线粒体中包含ND4、ND4L、tRNA-Thr、tRNA-Pro、ND6及部分cytb在内的基因并测序、比对,结合流行病学调查信息对鉴定结果进行综合分析。结果该蜱符合花蜱属的形态学特征,分子鉴定表明其基因序列与澳大利亚本土花蜱Amblyomma triguttatum Koch,1844(kangaroo tick)的基因序列同源性为99%,鉴定为Amblyomma triguttatum。结论该蜱是国内首次发现且由旅客携带入境的外来花蜱。Objective To identify a tick carried by returned passenger intercepted at Tianjin port. Methods A tick on a entry passenger returned from Australia was identified morphologically firstly,then DNA was extracted and the mitochondrial DNA contains ND4,ND4 L,t RNA-Thr,t RNA-Pro,ND6 and parts of cytb genes were amplified,sequenced,and analyzed. Results The tick was in accord with the morphological characters of Genus Amblyomma. The sequence analysis showed 99% identity homogeneity between the tick mitochondrial gene with Amblyomma triguttatum Koch,1844(kangaroo tick),Australia. Conclusion It is the first report of Amblyomma triguttatum carried by entry passenger in domestic.
