摘 要:目的了解新疆阿拉山口口岸地区鼠类携带伯氏疏螺旋体情况。方法在口岸地区采用鼠夹和鼠笼捕获鼠类。用PCR方法检测鼠类肝脏中伯氏疏螺旋体核酸,对阳性样本的核酸序列进行分析。结果在108份鼠类肝脏样本中,检测到伯氏疏螺旋体核酸阳性样本30份,阳性率为27.8%,阳性样本序列的同源性为99.1%~100.0%,系统进化分析证实阳性样本均为Borrelia.burgdor型,属于较少报道的型别。结论新疆阿拉山口口岸地区鼠类携带伯氏疏螺旋体,应进一步加强监测。Objective To describe the prevalence of Borrelia burgdorferi in rodents captured at Alashankou ports,Xinjiang,China. Methods Claps and cages were used to capture rodents at the ports,and PCR method was used to detectt Borrelia burgdorferi in the liver sample. Results Only Borrellia burgdorferi was detected in the liver samples of rodents. A total of 30 rodents were positive in 108 detected samples,with the prevalence of 27.8%. The identity of positive samples ranged 99.1%-100.0% by alignment after sequenced. The phylogenetic analysis showed the pathogens belonged to Borrellia burgdor subtype. Conclusion Borrellia burgdor infection existed in the rodents at Alashankou ports,which belonged to the minor subtype identified in China. Further surveillance should be carried out at ports.
