摘　　要：基于ISO 31000理念,运用回顾性研究、数据分析、头脑风暴、实地调研、专家会商等方法,建立了广东口岸传染病风险管理体系。该体系包括明确环境信息、风险评估、风险应对、沟通和协商、监测和检查等5个部分,可提升广东口岸传染病防控的科学性、有效性。Based on the ISO 31000,retrospective study,data analysis,brainstorming,field research and expert consultation methods were applied to study and establish the risk management system of communicable diseases at Guangdong ports. The risk management system was composed of establishing the context,risk assessment,risk treatment,communication and consultation,monitoring and review,could improve scientificity and effectiveness of the prevention and control of communicable diseases at Guangdong ports.
