省属高校推进区域发展协同创新的功能与路径

摘　　要：基于面向区域发展的目标,总结了省属高校在开展面向区域发展推进协同创新过程中的功能定位,分别是全面推进创新型人才培养贡献协同创新所需的核心力量、满足区域发展推进协同创新的知识需求、成为区域经济结构转型升级的助推器。阐述了省属高校面向区域发展推进协同创新的实现路径,主要包括深化体制机制改革,汇集创新要素推进面向区域发展的协同创新;健全面向区域发展的人才培养机制,全面提升创新型人才队伍素质;面向区域发展重大需求,加快科技成果转化。Based on the goal of regional development,this paper summarizes the provincial universities＇ function orientation in the collaborative innovation,which is to comprehensively promote the innovative talent training,to meet the knowledge needs of collaborative innovation,and to become the booster of the regional economic structure transformation and upgrading. And then,it elaborates the implementation path taken by the provincial universities in the collaborative innovation of regional development,including deepening the institutional reform and accumulating the innovative essential factors so as to promote the collaborative innovation of regional development,constructing a high-quality personnel training mechanism in order to improve comprehensively the quality of innovative talents for regional development,and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements for the major needs of the regional development.
