济南市区2～6岁健康儿童静脉血白细胞参数调查

摘　　要：目的：了解济南市区健康儿童人群血常规白细胞各参数正常参考值。方法：选取2011年6月-2014年6月本院2~6岁体检健康儿童共5743例,抽取空腹静脉血,深圳迈瑞BC-5800型全自动血液分析仪检测,对白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及单核细胞绝对值及其百分率等白细胞指标进行分析。结果：血常规白细胞各参数呈非正态分布,男童和女童血常规多数参数比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,不同年龄段间血常规多数参数比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,健康儿童人群部分参数参考值与临床常用白细胞常规参考值间存在不同,尤其是白细胞各成分百分比有明显差别。结论：济南市区健康儿童人群血常规白细胞各参数参考值多数与临床常用参考值类似,但血常规白细胞参数百分比的参考值因年龄、性别存在差异,本结果可为济南地区健康儿童体检提供血常规参考。Objective： To investigation the normal range of white blood cells （ WBC ） in blood routine test of healthy children in Ji＇nan Urban Area.Method： From June 2011 to June 2014, a total of 5473 healthy children aged 2-6 years old were selected.A total of 1 mL venous blood were collected after fasting overnight, and the normal range of WBC was examined by using Shenzhen Mindray BC-5800 automated hematology analyzer. On the total number of white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes in absolute percentage were analyzed. Result： The blood WBC parameters showed non-normal distribution in healthy children population in Ji＇nan Urban area, boys and girls reference comparative differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ） .Blood routine parameters between different age groups compared differences were statistical significance （ P〈0.01 ） .And the part of the blood parameters in healthy population were different from commonly used in clinic, the percentage of white blood cell components was particularly significant difference.Conclusion： Most of the reference value of WBC in blood routine test in healthy children crowd are consistent with those most commonly used in clinic.But routine blood leucocyte percentage of reference parameters for age and sex differences.The result may provide some reference on the routine blood test for physical examination of healthy children in Ji＇nan Urban Area.
