植皮治疗中晚期手部深二度烧伤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手部深二度烧伤中晚期植皮手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法:选取2012-2015年本院收治的65例(87只手)手部深二度烧伤早期未行植皮治疗患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,对照组30例42只手,治疗组35例45只手。对照组采用换药治疗,治疗组采用移植大张中厚皮片治疗,观察两组手部功能恢复和手部外观恢复情况。结果:治疗组手部功能恢复和手部外观恢复情况均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:植皮治疗中晚期手部深二度烧伤创面明显优于保守换药,瘢痕形成少,手部功能恢复好,具有更好的临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the methods and curative effect of middle-late skin graft in the treatment of hand deep second degree burn.Method： From 2012 to 2015, 65 cases （87 hands ）of Iteep second degree burn that early no skin graft were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table, the control group had 30 cases and 42 hands, the treatment group had 35 cases and 45 hands.The control group received treatment of dressing change and the treatment group received transplantation of large medium thickness skin graft.Two groups of hand function recovery and hand appearance recovery were observed.Result： The hand function recovery andhand appearance recovery in the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Skin graft in the treatment of middle-late hand deep second degree burn wound surface was superior to conservative dressing change, has advantage of less scar formation, better hand function recovery and clinical efficacy.
