摘　　要：该文简要介绍VARIAN IX直线加速器在使用过程中碰到的7例典型故障,它们分别是电子枪控制板故障(GFIL联锁)、调制器故障(HVCB联锁)、能量编程板故障(EXQ1)、能量转换电位器故障(CARR联锁)、MLC故障、温控阀故障(PUMP联锁)和电离室故障(ION联锁)。通过对故障实例的分析并介绍故障排除的方法,为同行提供参考。This paper briefly introduced seven cases of malfunctions occurred in the VARIAN IX linear accelerator during operation, i.e., control board malfunction of electronic gun （GFIL interlock）, modulator malfunction （HVCB interlock）, energy programming board malfunction （EXQ1）, energy conversion potentiometer malfunction （CARR interlock）, MLC malfunction, thermostat valve malfunction （PUMP interlock） and ionization chamber malfunction （ION interlock）. Moreover, malfunction cases analyzed and troubleshooting methods presented in this paper can provide reference for coleagues.
