摘 要:本试验以"川35050×山农483"组合衍生的小麦重组自交系(recombinant inbred lines,RIL)群体及其亲本为材料,采用水培法,对低、中、高浓度硫处理下小麦RIL群体的苗高、最大根长、分蘖数、根条数、根干重、苗干重、总干重、根冠比、根S积累量、苗S积累量、总S积累量、根S利用效率、苗S利用效率和总S利用效率共14个性状进行了测量,并进行了变异分析和相关分析。结果表明,在不同浓度硫处理下,苗期性状的变异都较大。随S浓度增加,根干重、根冠比、根S利用效率、苗S利用效率和总S利用效率5个性状均呈降低趋势,而其余9个性状均呈升高趋势,表明适当提高硫浓度可促进小麦生长,但硫利用效率降低。变异分析表明,在同一环境下双亲各性状的表型值大都表现出较大差异;在RIL群体中,家系间变异系数在不同硫处理下的平均值以S积累量(根S积累量、苗S积累量、总S积累量)的最大,以根条数、根冠比和苗高性状的最小。相关分析表明,干重和S积累量、S利用效率呈极显著正相关,说明可以用干重性状来表征S积累量及S利用效率。With the recombined inbred lines( RIL) population of Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 combination and their parents as materials,under water culture,14 seedling traits including seedling height( SH),maximum root length( MRL),tiller number( TN),root number( RN),root dry weight( RDW),shoot dry weight( SDW),total dry weight( TDW),root-shoot ratio( RSR),root sulfur content( RSC),shoot sulfur content( SSC),total sulfur content( TSC),root sulfur use efficiency( RSUE),shoot sulfur use efficiency( SSUE) and total sulfur use efficiency( TSUE) were investigated with three S treatments( 1. 5,0. 5 mmol/L and 0. 1 mmol / L). The variation and correlation analysis of these traits were also conducted. The results showed that the variation of seedling traits were all larger under different sulfur levels. With the increase of Sconcentration,the RDW,RSR,RSUE,SSUE and TSUE showed decreasing trends,while the other 9 characters showed increasing trends. It showed that increasing sulfur concentration properly could promote wheat growth but decrease the sulfur use efficiency. Variation analysis indicated that the phenotypic value of each character in the two parents showed big difference under the same environment. For the average variation coefficient in RIL population under different sulfur levels,RSC,SSC and TSC were the maximum,while RN,RSR and SH were the minimum. Correlation analysis showed that dry weight had very significantly positive correlations with S content and S use efficiency. It meant that dry weight traits could be used to represent the accumulation and use efficiency of sulfur.
