摘 要:通过比较资丘木瓜中齐墩果酸、熊果酸和总黄酮的含量,研究不同施肥处理对资丘木瓜品质的影响。结果表明:生物复合肥处理木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量最高,其次是平衡施肥处理;两者的总黄酮含量无明显差异,但均高于单施化肥处理。说明施生物肥(含微生物)和平衡施肥可提高资丘木瓜品质。In order to find out the influences of different fertilization treatments on quality of Chaenomeles speciosa( Sweet) Nakai fruits,the contents of oleanolic acid,ursolicacid and total flavonoids were determined and compared. The results showed that the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were the highest in biological compound fertilizer treament,followed by balanced fertilization treatment. Their total flavonoid content had no obvious difference,but they were both higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment. It indicated that applying biological compound fertilizer or balanced fertilizer could improve the quality of C. speciosa fruits to some extent.
