摘  要:针对玛湖凹陷西斜坡三叠系地层平均机械钻速低,钻井周期长问题,在分析已钻井地质环境和调研国内外提速提效新技术基础上,引进Tork Buster扭力冲击器+PDC钻井提速技术。现场试验五口井,平均机械钻速6.37 m/h,较邻井相同层段平均机械钻速提高143.13%;为进一步缩短钻井周期,在一口井上尝试使用Tork Buster扭力冲击器+PDC钻井组合钻套管附件取得成功。扭力冲击器提速工具在玛湖凹陷西斜坡三叠系地层提速效果明显,较好的解决了常规钻井机械钻速低的难题,节约了钻井周期,加快了增储上产步伐。In view of the western slope of Mahu Depression Triassic strata average low ROP,long drilling cycle,the analysis has been done on drilling geological environment and investigations and studies of domestic and foreign new technoloy of faster speed and higher efficiency,and the TorkBuster torque +PDC hammer drilling speed technology is introduced.The field test of five wells,the average penetration rate of 6.37m/h,compared with the same period of adjacent well layer average ROP increases by 143.13%;to further shorten the drilling cycle,in a well,tried using TorkBuster torque +PDC hammer drilling combined drilling and casing accessories,which is successful.Torsion impact apparatus speed tool sag in west slope of Triassic strata speed-up effect is obvious in Mahu,solves the problem of conventional drilling problem of low rate,so as to save drilling cycle,and speed up the pace of reserve.
