青乳消颗粒的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立青乳消颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对青乳消颗粒中的青皮、夏枯草、浙贝母、乳香进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对该制剂中的迷迭香酸进行含量测定。结果薄层鉴别专属性强、斑点清晰、分离度好、阴性对照无干扰、重现性良好;迷迭香酸在1.26~40.36μg/ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0.99995,n=6）;平均回收率为101.2%（RSD=0.84%,n=6）。结论所建的标准可用于青乳消颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Qingruxiao particles.Methods Green Tangerine Peel,Prunella vulgaris Linn,Fritillaria thunbergii,Boswellia carteri were identified by TLC,and rosmarinic was determined by HPLC.Results TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.The linear range of rosmarinic was between 1.26 and 40.36 μg/ml（r=0.99995,n=6）,and the average recoveries was 101.2%,RSD was 0.84%（n=6）.The method was simple,high sensitivity,good reproducibility and reliable.Conclusion The detection method can be used as the determination of the rosmarinicin Qingruxiao particles.
