中医长针短刺技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛伴麻木症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医长针短刺技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疑难病例的疗效。方法将2014年10月~2015年10月我院200例腰椎间盘突出症疑难病例按照就诊序号奇偶分为中医长针组（治疗组）100例和常规针灸推拿组（对照组）100例,其中治疗组以中医长针治疗,每7天治疗一次,两次一个疗程。对照组以传统针灸推拿进行治疗,1次/d,10次一个疗程。治疗两个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,高于对照组的83%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,两组VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,长针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疑难病例在临床上效果显著。结论中医长针短刺技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的疑难病例安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Chinese medicine long needle acupuncture technique in treating lumber disc herniation.Methods 200 patients with lumber disc herniation in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were divided into treatment group and control group by hospital number,with 100 cases in each group.The treatment group used the Chinese medicine long needle acupuncture technique to treat,every seven days treat once,twice was one course of treatment.Control group used the traditional acupuncture and tuina,once for every day,ten days was one course of treatment.The curative effect after two courses of treatment between two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 98%,higher than 83% in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups was not statistical difference（P〉0.05）;after treatment,VAS scores of two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were outstanding effect in clinical to use the Chinese medicine long needle acupuncture technique to treat lumber disc herniation.Conclusion It is safe and effective to use the short needling technique of Chinese medicine long needle acupuncture to treat lumber disc herniation,it is worth to popularization and application it in clinic.
