赤葛汤治疗各型颈椎病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析赤葛汤治疗各型颈椎病的效果。方法以2014年1月~2016年5月满足课题条件的240例门诊颈椎病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各120例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用赤葛汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗过程中,所有患者耐受性良好,未发生毒副反应,观察组患者神经根型有效率为96%,颈型颈椎病有效率为97%,椎动脉型有效率为96%,高于对照组的70%、69%、58%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组交感神经型有效率为89%,与对照组的70%比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论赤葛汤适合治疗颈型、神经根型、椎动脉型颈椎病,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Chige soup in treating different cervical spondylosis.Methods 240 outpatients with cervical spondylosis patients meet the conditions from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,observation group was treated Chige soup,the treatment effect was analyzed.Results In the course of treatment,all patients were well tolerated and no adverse reactions.The patients in the observation group of nerve root type was 96%,cervical vertebra disease rate was 97%,vertebral artery type rate was 96%,higher than 70%, 69%, 58% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the sympathetic type rate of observation group was 89%,compared with 70% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Chige soup is suitable for the treatment of cervical type,nerve root type,vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, it is worth promoting.
