高校校医院运行现状的调查及改进对策

摘　　要：目的调查大学生校医院就医的诊疗体验,并对校医院提出合理的改进对策。方法通过问卷调查对2016年3月1~30日广州市5所高校调研数据进行分析,建立校医院服务功能发挥情况分析模型。结果校医院运行中尚有误诊率较高、满意度有待提高、公信力较差等问题。结论加强校医院员工技能培训和充分的制度保障是校医院良好运行的必然要求。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment experience of college students in the college hospital,and to put forward reasonable measures to improve the hospital medical treatment.Methods The data acquired from the questionnaire survey from March the 1stto the 30 thday 2016 in the five universities of Guangzhou City was analyzed to establish a service function analysis model of college hospitals.Results Many issues were found in the operation of college hospitals,including high misdiagnosis rate,to-be-improved satisfaction degree and poor credibility etc..Conclusion To strengthen the training of staff skills training and provide adequate system guarantee are an inevitable requirement for the good operation of hospital.
