摘　　要：目的探究大学生运动性胃肠综合征（EIGS）的发生情况及其影响因素,从而更加全面、深入地了解EIGS。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对2013年9月~2015年7月某学院在校大学生进行问卷调查,主要包括的内容有性别、年级、运动和饮食以及胃肠症状的发生。结果男生发生EIGS比例为35.31%（1430/4050）,女生发生EIGS比例为39.80%（1572/3950）。一年级EIGS发病率为43.5%（1746/4013）,高于二年级的39.8%（1587/3987）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。大学生发生EIGS以恶心43.21%（1787/4136）、腹痛33.56%（1388/4136）、呕吐27.68%（1145/4136）、反胃21.64%（895/4136）和发热10.15%（420/4136）等为常见症状。跑步、骑自行车、篮球、羽毛球这四项运动都是大学生普遍参与的体育项目。在这四项运动中,女大学生EIGS发病率均高于男生,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论大学生EIGS的发生与性别、年级、运动状况以及发病史有关,全体师生都应该警惕该疾病的危害性。Objective To explore the occurrence and corresponding influencing factors of exercise-induced gastrointestinal syndrome（EIGS）,and to more comprehensively and depth understand EIGS.Methods Stratified cluster sampling was applied to survey on college students of some college from September 2013 to July 2015,and main contents involved gender,grade,exercise and diet and the occurrence of gastrointestinal symptoms.Results The proportion of male students suffering from EIGS was 35.31%（1430/4050）,while that proportion of female students was 39.80%（1572/3950）.The incidence of students suffering from EIGS in first grade was 43.5%（1746/4013）,higher than 39.8%（1587/3987） in second grade,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Among college students suffering from EIGS,the incidence of nausea was 43.21%（1787/4136）,abdominal pain with 33.56%（1388/4136）,emesis with 27.68%（1145/4136）,nausea with 21.64%（895/4136） and fever at 10.15%（420/4136）,which were common symptoms.The running,cycling,basketball and badminton games were four sports that students normally participated in.The incidence of female college students suffering EIGS was higher than that of male college students for these four games,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion EIGS is related to gender,grade,sports status and medical history,all the teachers and students should be alert to hazard of such disease.
