摘 要:为研究废弃汽车轮胎橡胶粒掺量对再生混凝土力学性能的影响,针对水灰比为0.48再生混凝土,进行了不同再生粗骨料取代率、不同橡胶粒掺量下混凝土密度及立方体抗压强度试验.结果表明:废轮胎橡胶粒再生混凝土的密度和抗压强度随着橡胶粒掺量的增加而减小,橡胶粒100%取代细骨料时,再生混凝土密度降低幅度约为18%~20%,而其抗压强度仅为不掺橡胶粒再生混凝土强度的15%左右;随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,废轮胎橡胶粒再生混凝土的密度和抗压强度也随之而减小,但降低幅度不大;再生粗骨料的掺量小于30%时,再生混凝土的性能和普通混凝土接近,可以满足混凝土强度的设计要求.In order to study the mechanical properties of recycled concrete ,the mechanical properties of recycled concrete were studied in this paper ,and the replacement rate of different recycled coarse aggregate and the concrete density of different rubber particles and the strength of cube were tested with the cement ratio of 0 .48 .The results showed that the density and cubic compressive strength of rubber‐recycled con‐crete decreases gradually with the increase of rubber particles rate .When all fine aggregate of concrete was replaced by rubber particles ,the reduce amplitude of density of rubber‐recycled concrete is about 18%‐20% ,and the compressive strength is only about 15% of normal concrete .The density and compres‐sive strength of rubber‐recycled concrete also decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate re‐placement rate ,but the decrease amplitude is small .When the content of recycled coarse aggregate is less than 30% ,the performance of recycled concrete is close to that of ordinary concrete .
