摘　　要：通过对滇西北风电场建设区域亚高山地区的气候、土壤和风电场建设特点,以及风电场建设对植被的影响分析,从设计阶段、施工阶段和运营阶段提出了亚高山风电场植被保护与恢复对策,从而为实现风电场建设的经济效益与生态环境保护效益的双赢提供科学依据。The influence of climate characteristics, the soil characteristics of subalpine regions, wind power plant construction characteristics, and the impacts of wind power plant construction on vegetation were taken into account to explore the vegetation protection and restoration strategies in the time period of designing, constructing and oper-ating. It would provide a scientific reference to realize the win - win situation of optimum economic and environmental benefits.
