摘 要:光电比色结构是一种有效测量透明介质吸光能力的结构,主要测量方法为分光光度法,即通过测定被测物质在特定波长处或一定波长范围内光的吸收度,对该物质进行定性和定量分析的方法。本文探究了一种新的光电比色结构的可行性以及可操作性,以数据的重复性、稳定性、示值误差等指标为主要依据,并与当前主流结构测定数据进行对比,对这种斜光路结构进行验证。数据表明:在一定角度范围内(入射角≤75°)吸光度与浓度有良好的线性关系,各项指标均明显高于国家标准。本文提供的一种新型光路比色结构即斜光路,能够解决大部分因检测因子在吸收峰波长吸光能力差、传统单倍垂直入射光电比色结构测量的吸光度过小而造成比尔郎伯定律的偏离问题,使水质在线自动检测设备在不增加量程液使用量情况下,溶液的吸光度增大并提高了的精度,工作曲线具有良好的线性关系(相关系数均大于0.999)。本光路结构是通过光电比色支架为载体来实现。The photoelectric colorimetric structure is a kind of effective systematisms that measure the ability of light absorption of transparent medium. The main method of measurement is spectrophotometry that it is material qualitative and quantitative analysis method at a particular wavelength or by measuring the absorbance of light within a certain wavelength range. This paper explores the feasibility and operability of a new photoelectric colorimetric structure. Based on the repeatability,stability,indication error,etc. metrical data,making it to compared with the metrical data of current mainstream structure. We validate this slantly optical path structure. Statistics indicate that Absorbance and the concentration has a good linear relationship within a certain Angle( angle of incidence≤75°). The indicators for metrical data were significantly higher than the national standard. The article provides a new kind of photoelectric colorimetric structures namely inclined slantly optical path structure can be able to solve most of problems that the testing factor in absorption peak wavelength of light absorption ability is poor and the metrical data of traditional Single-fold vertical incidence photoelectric colorimetric structure is undersize,thereby it leads to deviation from the Bill beer-lambert law. This structure can increase absorbance of solution and improve the accuracy of online water quality monitoring instrument in the case that we don't increase application amount of reagent or standard of colorimetric tube. The working curve has a good linear relationship( correlation index are greater than 0. 999). This optical structure mainly is based on photoelectric colorimetric stents as carrier to realize its function.
