摘  要:提出了一种电缆接头工实操考评专用的可伸缩电缆固定套筒,舍弃了常用的螺杆直接夹紧电缆的方式,采用带导向结构的夹紧滑块作为夹紧点,有效增加了接触面积,提供更大的夹紧力,使整根电缆不脱出、不转动,夹紧滑块与电缆的接触表面为交叉齿状表面,将夹紧力有效传递到每相线芯,使任意一根线芯在作业时不能转动,有效避免了电缆护套与夹紧块之间滑动的可能性。该装置可以重复利用,方便电缆拆装,装置轻便易搬动,通过该装置的应用,可将电缆接头工考核和培训时产生的废旧电缆再次利用,有效降低考评成本,带来明显经济效益。This paper researches and develops a kind of dedicated retractable cable sleeve to meet the needs of the cable joint Worker's training and examination. This study abandoned the common screw clamp directly on the cable. This design adopted a clamping slide with guide structure as a clamping point,thereby effectively increasing the contact area,and provided a greater clamping force,so thatthe entire root cable does not emerge,not rotating. The contact surface of the slider and the cable is a cross-toothed surface. The clamping force is effectively transmitted to each phase core,so that any one core does not rotate in the job status,thus effectively avoids the possibility of slippage between the cable sheath and the clamp block. The device can be reused,easy cable entry,means light and easy to move. Scrap cable can be used again,effectively reduce appraisal costs,thus bring significant economic benefits.
