摘　　要：能量代谢是体能形成的基础,无氧代谢是健身时氧供应不能满需求的一种代谢过程。为科学化训练水平提供数据支持和提高信息化水平展开本文研究。研究内容以SSi框架结构和无氧代谢包含的指标为基础,主要进行了两个方面研究：一是,设计了系统由系统管理、综合分析和数据管理等模块构成的系统功能结构;二是,分别研究了控制层通过Struts2框架实现、业务层通过Spring实现和持久化层由iBatis框架实现的具体方法。实际开发时可根据需要进行部署或适当调整。In view of the information system that lack of comprehensive management to morphological indicators of athletes,which cannot provide the full range of information services,this paper studies the Spring JDBC data access to provide services for the system development. Based on the JDBC Spring data access technology. the system database is designed first. Then,the steps and methods of JDBC Spring data access are studied,including data access packet,entity class structure,DAO,configuration file and so on. The research content of this paper has the advantages of low memory consumption and high efficiency,so the developers can write data access code and related configuration files directly,and improve the efficiency of software development and maintainability.
