优质护理方式在老年嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝无张力疝修补术中的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理方式在无张力疝修补术治疗老年人嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝的护理效果,为临床上嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝的护理提供指导。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月在陕西中医药大学附属医院接受嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝治疗的老年患者94例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组患者47例,两组患者均实施无张力疝修补手术进行治疗。对照组患者采用基本手术护理方式,试验组患者采用优质护理方式进行护理,观察两组患者的临床护理疗效。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为78.72%,而试验组患者的治疗总有效率为93.62%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者对护理效果的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用无张力疝修补术来治疗老年腹股沟疝患者,在治疗过程中同时对患者进行优质护理,减轻患者治疗过程中的痛苦,加快患者的康复速度,提高患者对本次治疗及护理效果的满意度,有利于促进和谐的医患关系,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore nursing effect of the high-quality care in the incarcerated inguinal hernia with tension-free herniorrhaphy in elderly, and to provide guidance for the clinical nursing of incarcerated inguinal hernia. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 94 cases of incarcerated inguinal hernia in elderly patients in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 47 cases I each group. All patients in the two groups underwent tension-free hernia repair. Patients in the control group were treated with basic operation nursing, the patients in the experimental group were treated with high quality nursing care. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of patients in the control group was 78.72%, while in the experimental group it was 93.62% , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction degree in experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion During the management of inguinal hernia in elderly patients, high quality care can reduce pain, accelerate recovery, improve satisfaction of treatment and nursing, and promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship. It is worthy of clinical application.
