摘 要:目的提高清热解毒合剂的质量标准。方法以TLC法对清热解毒合剂中的金银花、甘草、知母等中药进行定性鉴别,以HPLC法测定制剂中的黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量。结果处方中金银花、甘草、知母、黄芩和连翘的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离较好,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷在12.06~193.00μg·ml^(-1)范围内,峰面积与进样浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9949),平均加样回收率为100.33%,RSD为1.36%(n=6)。绿原酸在6.76~216.4μg·ml^(-1)范围内,峰面积与进样浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为100.99%,RSD为1.105%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、可靠、专属性强,可作为清热解毒合剂质量控制方法。Objective To improve the quality standard of Qingrejiedu Heji. Methods Qualitative identification of Lonicera japonica Thunb.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. and Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. in Qingrejiedu Heji was performed by TLC. The content of baicalin and chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. Results Describable characteristics of Lonicera japonica Thunb.,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Forsythia suspensa( Thunb.) Vahl were displayed by TLC. The linear range of baicalin was 12. 06- 193 μg·ml-1( r = 0. 9949) with an average recovery of 100. 33%( RSD = 1. 36%,n = 6). The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 6. 76- 216. 4 μg·ml-1( r = 0. 9999) with an average recovery of100. 99%( RSD = 1. 105%,n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and specific,which can be used for quality control of Qingrejiedu Heji.
