摘  要:目的建立测定防晒霜优白中纳米二氧化钛含量的方法。方法分别通过灰化及湿法消解前处理防晒霜后,应用二安替比林甲烷比色法测定吸光度,采用标准曲线法定量计算钛元素含量,并对方法稳定性、精密度及回收率进行考察。结果灰化法测定钛元素含量均值为样品标示量的48.37%,RSD为1.25%(n=6)。湿法消解测定钛离子含量均值为样品标示量的90.09%,RSD为1.67%(n=6),显色稳定性好,RSD为0.01%(n=6),精密度高,RSD为0.36%(n=6),回收率高。结论纳米二氧化钛经湿法消解处理后,钛元素含量为标示量90.09%,符合纳米二氧化钛表面涂复比例,即该方法可有效消化纳米二氧化钛包裹体,应用二安替比林甲烷比色法测定吸光度方法专属性好,可用于安全质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of nanometer titanium dioxide in the sun cream Youbai. Methods The sun cream was pre-treated by ashing and wet digestion respectively. On the basis of the standard curve of the titanium absorbance measured by diantipyryl methane colorimetric method,the content of titanium was calculated for quantitative analysis,stability verification,precision and recycle rates. Results After the sample was pre-treated by the ashing method,the mean titanium content was 48. 37% of the labeled amount with an RSD of 1. 25%( n = 6). With the wet digestion method,the mean titanium content in the sample was 90. 09% of the labeled amount with an RSD of 1. 67%( n = 6). Moreover,this method was of good stability with an RSD of0. 01%( n = 6),high precision with an RSD of 0. 36%( n = 6) and had high recycle rates. Conclusion Pre-treated by the wet digestion process,the titanium content is 90. 09% of the labeled amount of nanometer Ti O2. This method can effectively digest nanometer titanium mixture. The application of diantipyryl methane colorimetry to determination of absorbance can contribute to control of the quality and safety.
