颌内牵引钛钉对上颌骨矢状骨折的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的：研究探讨颌内牵引钛钉对上颌骨矢状骨折的临床治疗效果。方法：随机选取某院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的23例上颌骨矢状骨折患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行颌内牵引钛钉治疗,分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后对患者进行4-6个月走访,治疗后患者咬合功能恢复正常,所有患者伤口愈合程度为I期。结论：颌内牵引钛钉对上颌骨矢状骨折的临床治疗效果明显,咬合功能恢复好,手术创伤较小,值得推广使用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of maxillary traction titanium screw in the treatment of maxillary sagittal fractures.Methods：23cases of patients with maxillary sagittal fractures in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly selected as study objects.All patients were treated with maxillary traction titanium screw treatment,and analyzed the clinical treatment effect of patients.Results：After treatment,all of patients were followed up for 4to 6months,and the occlusal function of patients recovered to normal.The wound healing degree of all patients was I stage.Conclusion：The clinical treatment effect of maxillary traction titanium screw in the treatment of maxillary sagittal fractures is obvious,and the occlusal function recovery is good,with less operation trauma,which is worthy of promotion and application.
