鹿瓜多肽治疗胸腰椎疏松性骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：研究鹿瓜多肽治疗胸腰椎疏松性骨折的疗效。方法：选择胸腰椎疏松性骨折老年患者42例,随机分为治疗组21例和对照组21例。对照组给予常规口服非甾体类消炎镇痛药及补钙药品治疗,同时给予鲑鱼降钙素100u,肌注,每日1次,连续10d,之后每周2次,连续2-3周;治疗组在上述基础之上,应用鹿瓜多肽注射液10ml加入250ml生理盐水中静脉滴注,疗程为15-30d,病情需要可延长治疗时间。结果：治疗组优良率85.71%,对照组优良率52.38%;两组比较P〈0.05,有显著性差异。结论：鹿瓜多肽注射液能有效改善骨质疏松性骨折的疼痛症状,提高了疏松性骨折治疗效果,改变了临床治疗的单一性,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective：To study the curative effect of deer melon peptide in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporosis fracture.Methods：42cases elderly patients with thoracolumbar osteoporosis fracture were taken as reach object,who were randomly divided into treatment group（21cases）and control group（21cases）.The control group were given conventional oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic and calcium medicine treatment,and given salmon calcitonin 100 uat the same time,with intramuscular injection once a day which continued 10 days,and then twice a week in next 2or 3weeks;Beside the same treatment like the control group,the treatment group were given 250 ml saline intravenous drip within deer melon polypeptide injection 10 ml treatment for 15 to 30days.Results：The excellent rate of treatment group was 85.71%,and the excellent rate of control group was 52.38%;The difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The deer melon peptide injection can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of osteoporotic fracture patients,and improve the treatment effect,which will change the unicity of clinical treatment and improve the quality of patients＇ life.
