摘　　要：超氧化物歧化酶是一种重要的超氧阴离子自由基清除剂。本文用过期红细胞制备此种酶,在提取方法上稍作改进,以过滤代替离心;对最后样品做酶活力测定,理化性质,铜、锌含量测定及氨基酸分析,结果都与文献报道基本一致。制备此酶的原料来源丰富,是可开发的新途径。Superoxide Oismutase (SOD) is an important kind of free radical scavenger of superoxide anion (O_2(?)) The SOD was prepard from the expired human erythrocytes, with the extractive method being somewhat improved and the infiltration being used instead of the centrifugation. The final sample was subjected to testing its activity, physical and chemical nature and content of Cu-Zn and was analysed for its amino acids. The results were basically consistent with those reported by literature. And the source of raw meterial for preparing the enzyme is rich, and can be developed as a new way to prepare the enzyme.
