摘　　要：本文介绍一种在原血浆袋中冻干冷沉淀的方法。包括设计、制作适于冷冻和干燥连续使用的血袋支撑架;研究最适升温速率和真空控制等最佳干燥条件;研究选用附铝箔塑料袋外包裝,以克服保存期潮解问题。经检定,在塑料袋中冻干的冷沉淀制剂符合输用和保存要求。A method of preparing the freeze- dried cryoprecipitate in the original plasma bags was introduced. The method includes the designing and making of the bag-support shelf that can be used continuously for performing the freezing and drying procedure, the researching of the optimal drying conditions such as the most suitable temperature rising rate and vacuum control, the studying and choosing of the bag's additional outer package made of aluminium foil to overcome the problem of deliquessent in the storage period. It was examined that the quality of the lyophilized cryoprecipitate prepared in the original plasma bags can satisfy the requirements for transfusion and storage.
