乌鲁木齐地区二级生物安全实验室生物安全管理文件体系现状及初步分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐地区医疗卫生机构二级生物安全实验室中生物安全管理体系状况,为进一步加强和规范该地区实验室生物安全管理体系提供科学依据。方法以乌鲁木齐地区29家医疗卫生机构作为调查对象,通过专家现场查验、实验室相关资料审核、填写统一检查表并最终通过讨论提出整改意见获取资料。结果在所有调查的9项指标中,其中有5项指标的符合率达到90.0%以上,分别是生物安全管理体系文件、生物安全管理体系文件受控、拟操作病原微生物的危害评估报告、SOP(标准操作程序)、仪器设备和设施;年检证明材料以及危害评估报告内容齐全符合情况较差,分别是34.5%和37.9%。结论乌鲁木齐地区BSL-2生物安全管理体系总体状况良好,年检证明材料以及危害评估报告内容齐全方面不符合有关规定或存在薄弱环节,有待进一步完善与提高。Objective To understand the status of the biological safety management system in the two levels of the medical and health institutions in Urumqi, and to provide scientific evidence for further strengthening and regulating the management system of laboratory biology safety in this area. Methods The 29 medical and health institutions in the region as the object of investigation, through the expert on - site inspection, laboratory related information audit, fill in the unified inspection table and finally through the discussion and put forward the reform of the views to obtain information. Results In all of the nine indicators, including five indicators of compliance rate reached 90. 0%, respectively, the biological safety management system documents, the biological safety management system documents, to be operational pathogenic microbial hazard assessment report, SOP （standard operational procedure）, equipment and facilities, annual inspection certificate materials and hazard assessment report content is complete, 34.5% and 37.9%. Condusion The overall situation of BSL -2 biological safety management system in Urumqi is good, the annual inspection certificate and the contents of the report are not in conformity with the relevant regulations or the weak link, and to further improve and improve.
