摘 要:目的了解咸阳市禽类职业暴露人群H5N1亚型感染状况及环境中禽流感病毒的分布情况。方法用马血球凝集抑制试验检测2012-2014年咸阳市职业暴露人群血清中H5N1抗体,环境标本用实时荧光定量PCR检测禽流感病毒。结果 2012-2014年采集的200份职业暴露人群血清样本H5N1抗体均为阴性。180份环境标本中,阳性9份(5.00%),其中H5亚型5份、H9亚型4份。规模化养殖场暂未检出阳性。结论 2012-2014年咸阳市职业暴露人群尚未发现感染禽流感H5N1病毒,活禽市场环境中存在H5和H9污染,应当加大对活禽市场的监测力度。Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the status of HSN1 subtype infection and the distribution of avian influenza virus in Xianyang. Methods Horse Haemagglutination Inhibition test was adopted to detect the H5N1 antibody in serum of occupational population, and Real -time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR was applied to detect avian influenza virus in the external environment samples. Results H5N1 antibodies were negative in serum samples from 200 occupational exposure groups, and 9 out of 180 environmental samples were positive with a positive rate 5.00%. The number of positive samples for H5 and H9 were 5 and 4, respectively. No positive results were detected in scale livestock farms up to present. Conclusion It was not found that the occupational population in Xianyang has been infected with H5N1 virus. There exist H5 and H9 pollution in the live poultry markets environment. Monitoring and inspection shall be strengthened there.
