河北省某市87例艾滋病患者死因分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者死亡的主要原因,查找降低死亡率的手段。方法对某市87例艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者的资料进行回顾性分析;经酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和蛋白印迹法(WB法)确认HIV-Ⅰ抗体是否阳性。结果某市87例艾滋病患者中,死于多器官功能衰竭的4例,隐球菌感染2例,呼吸系统感染11例,肝脾部感染及坏死3例,脑部感染3例,肾衰竭1例,胃肠道感染性疾病5例,其他艾滋病相关感染2例,吸毒过量1例,自杀4例,心脑血管疾病2例,恶性肿瘤1例,肺外结核1例,术中大出血1例,其他艾滋病相关感染死亡46例。结论由于艾滋病患者的免疫力普遍较低,所以各器官感染衰竭引起死亡是最常见的死因。及时发现患者、尽早开展抗病毒治疗并实施综合干预是降低死亡率的根本手段。Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS the main cause of death. Find out the Methods to reduce patient mortality. Methods A city 87 cases of AIDS （ HIV/AIDS ） patients were retrospectively analyzed; by the enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and Western blotting （WB method） to confirm whether HIV -I antibody positive. Results Died of multiple organ failure in 4 cases, cryptococcal infection in 2 cases, respiratory infection （11 cases）, liver infection and necrosis in 3 cases, brain infection in 3 cases, renal failure in 1 case, gastrointestinal tract infection diseases in 5 cases, other AIDS related infection in 2 cases, drug overdose in 1 case, suicide in 4 cases, cardio cerebral vascular disease （2 cases） , malignant tumor in 1 case, 1 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, intraoperative massive hemorrhage in 1 case and other AIDS related infections death 46 cases. Conclusion Because the immunity of patients with AIDS is generally low, it is the most common cause of death in all organs to cause death. Timely find the patient, as soon as possible to carry out the antiviral treatment and implementation of comprehensive intervention is the basic means to reduce mortality.
